06:29 am - Overcoming the wall Hit a sleep wall at about 4:00 a.m. this morning. Took me about an hour to claw my way past it and get on with work. I was in much the same place I'd been when I was falling asleep driving: Doing a fairly automatic task so that the brain realizes this is a great time to catch up on some sleep.
Unfortunately, I can't typeset in my sleep as well as I used to drive in my sleep.
A small chocolate fix and plenty of water got me past it and now I'm all excited for the weekend. Got MN-Stf later today for the board elections, some socializing planned for later. I may have to work tomorrow.
Monday is the BiL show at 1st Avenue. Woo hoo! That'll be a blast, even if I do have to leave early to go to work. If I work Sunday, I'll let them know I'll be coming in late on Monday. I'll miss the encore but should get in plenty of fun no matter how long I'm there.
