Dinner and a clean-up, stage 1

I figured I'd start slow and work up to the big stuff so I took on the downstairs freezer first. This was pretty easy as it mostly involved packing the stuff that's worth keeping from the freezer into coolers and unplugging the unit. The dinner half comes from the three frozen pizzas that won't fit ino the coolers. So right now I'm pre-heating the oven (and cursing whomever thought olive oil on my pizza stone was a good idea; damned smoke points) and plan on cooking all three. I figure I'll take that which I don't eat to work to share.

After the defrosting (which I may let go until I get off work in the morning), there will be the assessment of what's in the freezer. I've already tossed the dinner rolls that have been there for at least a year and showed no signs of becoming part of a meal any time soon. I also suspect the box of frozen macadamia-nut cookie dough will be sacraficed, but that I'll probably end up baking and taking to work or social outings.
