I don't get it. I had a lovely dinner out last night. Got home at a reasonable hour. Got to bed at a reasonable hour. Did a little yoga (thanks to a recent Amazon purchase). Slept well. Wasn't awoken by puppies until the normal 6:00 a.m.

After my breakfast, however, I checked on the weather and it was only about 6:30 a.m. So I decided that I'd have a little more sleep. Maybe a half hour.

Darwin, the energetic lab/shepherd mix of our friends, arrived at his usual 7:30 time for his weekly visit. I decided to sleep until 8:00 when Ericka's PCA would arrive.

At 8:30, Ericka calls asking if I'm getting up today. I do, get dressed and drag myself to work.

So with good food, good sleep and even some extra sleep, why am I so dang tired today? Probably something atmospheric; we're supposed to have some storms tonight and it'll be warm and humid ahead of that.
