But now I'm awake. No good reason to be awake. I've eaten breakfast (Cheerios and a banana), which usually puts me right out. I've taken my meds and vitamins. My stomach feels OK now.
I'm trying, this week, to shift my schedule a bit, so that I work 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. instead of 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., on the theory that it might be a little easier on me. I think my body might be rebelling, though.
So now what? I can lay here and try to sleep some more, or I can do something else. Like go look for a new back door. Or grocery shop.
Well, I think I'll try an additional application of food in an attempt to induce sleep. A nice brie and some crackers.
