So I got nothing done on Saturday apart from watching a few movies. The SciFi Channel's D&D movie wasn't as bad as I'd expected. I think the first one was much worse. I also watched a fairly lame action movie called Sniper in which Tom Berenger gets to look constipated and crawl around on the ground. Sniper had some potential as a tense thriller as one sniper tries to kill another in a Central American jungle, but it never developed the enemy sniper character. Contrast this with Enemy at the Gate, the Stalingrad sniper movie; it showed us both characters and relieved the tension with semi-historical accounts of life during the siege. Much better film.
So now I'm going to try to get some sleep early with the hope of doing something meaningful, or at least social, later this afternoon.
