contemplativeI brought along the 17th annual The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror collection, thinking I'd get a chance to read some of it during the down time. I did squeeze in a couple of stories before things started rolling, but now am stealing a bit of time while waiting for something to process in order to make this update and a few comments here and there.
I don't think I'll get in my full shift of 10 hours, but I should get in a good chunk, which will be nice for the pocketbook.
Things are developing for the actual holiday on Monday, but I also have a nice weekend ahead so I think I'll try to get in some gardening and and I know I have to get the lawn mowed.
