|01:40 am - Surprises from the vending machine|
No, not anything crawling on my snack or anything like that.
When I went to pick out a package of plain (or as the kids call them these days, "milk chocolate") M&Ms (good ol' D8) I got a surprise in my change: a nickel. Not that surprising, you'll say. But follow the link and see why I was surprised.
First they go messing with the quarters and now the nickels. When will the madness end!?
Current Mood: surprised
Current Music: Chemistry Set--The Suburbs--Ladies and Gentlemen ...
Madness. Madness, I tell you.

When the public stops taking the new coin designs out of circulation?
My understanding is that part of the rationale of the coin designs is a desire to emulate the Post Office - I understand that a lot of stamps never get used, but they're bought at face value!
