I had my Cheerios, banana and juice this morning and then ran off to the library for Ericka (during which I discovered plans for the weekend as noted previously). Then I slept until about 6:00 p.m., grabbed a PB&J and an apple and watched the first 2/3 of the Twins game. They were down by a couple of runs when I had to start getting ready for work. I hope they can pull it out and split the series with Oakland.
We're having pizza at work tonight, so I'm getting another dose of veggies from that. Plus a can of apple juice with the pizza so far. So I think I'm at about 3.5 fruits and 1.5 veggies for the day. Not bad. I'm finding it pretty easy to add fruit to my diet but the vegetables are being more difficult. I'll keep plugging away at it.
