Had my banana with my Cheerios. At work tonight they fed us soup, salad and breadsticks. I had a bowl of white chicken chili (tomato base, plus navy beans), one of beef vegetable soup (many good veggies there!), and salad with tomato wedge, couple of slices of cucumber and some shreds of carrot in addition to the lettuce. I'm probably close to meeting the minimum today!
Still need to get some apple juice to have with Cheerios (not on Cheerios, of course, that's what rice milk is fore). That'll get my fruit up to its minimum right away in the morning. Also still in the works: frozen veggies for various concoctions and big, ripe tomatoes for various suggested tomato goodies.
