My letter to Saturn (the car company)

I'm severely disappointed that I cannot find out anything about the current or future Saturn vehicles on the web site. (I stopped in today to check on the Skye that I heard about via my TiVo.)

Requiring Flash to get this information is like requiring me to wear a coat and tie in order to visit a showroom. Sure, when I show up in blue jeans and a t-shirt I could go home and change to come back, but why should I? I've already received the message that I'm not welcome.

That isn't the kind of company I thought Saturn was and I'm extremely disappointed to see you choose glitz over accessibility. Please email me to let me know when you've decided to welcome all your customers to your web site.
