The good fight

Over the weekend, I visited by brother and sister-in-law down in Shakopee, MN. My parents were down for the weekend, so it was a family holiday gathering. My niece and nephew were cute, as kids can be. Unfortunately, I think my nephew's gregariousness (his older sister being the shy one) landed me a bit of a cold. Felt like I had a low-grade fever and a tickle that kept threatening to become a sore throat.

I battled that off last night, though and feel much better now, if wiped out by the effort. I'm taking tonight off work as well to recoup and rest up.
