Being the only one around with a reasonable chance of being coherent at 7:15 a.m., I've been dragooned into taking Ericka to these early morning sessions. I've shifted my work schedule to accommodate, going in an hour earlier and, thus, getting home an hour earlier. Should be plenty of time to get Ericka a shower and get her dressed an on her way to the clinic.
What I've noticed, however, is that I've grown used to having a nap up to about an hour before I go to work. This doesn't work well if I'm getting to work an hour earlier, as that puts it smack in the middle of my nap-time!
So today, I'm taking my ritalin to make sure I stay awake for the important things like driving and figuring that a couple of days will shift my nap to a more appropriate time.
