03:53 am - I am a slave to the meme
Picked this up from pegkerr:

1. When did you first "friend" me? [Actually, you can maybe find out the exact date from http://marnanel.org/joule.]
2. Why did you first "friend" me?
3. What posts of mine do you like to read the best?
4. What would you like me to write about that I don't?
5. Do you think we would be friends in real life?
6. How often do you read my journal?
7. What do we have in common?
8. Will you post this in your journal so I can answer?
9. Is there anything you want to ask me that you think you should know about me to avoid the impersonality of the internet that I have not already covered in some TMI post or other?
Feel free to answer as many or as few as you like.

(Of course, you may also feel free to answer none at all.)

1. When did you first "friend" me?
A few days ago, maybe two weeks ago.

2. Why did you first "friend" me?
You wrote something in Conservatism that intrigued me, but I can't remember what it was. I checked out your journal. You seem to be a thoughtful person and communicate well.

3. What posts of mine do you like to read the best?
I like to read the longer ones, and the one that tell of your reactions to things that happen in life.

4. What would you like me to write about that I don't?
I have not been reading your journal long enough to tell about what you do not write. But I like to read about the thought processes people go through.

5. Do you think we would be friends in real life?
I think we would respect each other in real life, but would not get a chance to know each other well.

6. How often do you read my journal?
Every day, normally. For the last three days, things have happened too fast for me and I have gotten behind.

7. What do we have in common?
We both like to write, to express ourselves. From what I have seen, you have a loyal quality.

8. Will you post this in your journal so I can answer?
No, I think I would feel funny about it, but I enjoyed answering it in your journal, so I am not being consistent, I guess. I would enjoy seeing your comments to my journal, however.

9. Is there anything you want to ask me that you think you should know about me to avoid the impersonality of the internet that I have not already covered in some TMI post or other?
Feel free to answer as many or as few as you like.

I would have to think about that a long while. I just like seeing people unfold gradually before my very eyes in this wonderful medium.
